2010 Annual Getaway - Nashville, TN

Nashville, May 2010

All of the girls and their families were able to make the trip despite the flooding in Nashville a week before our trip.

Stocked with magazines and Coronas, we spent our days on the deck in the sun. We spent nights by the fire jamming out to KC's Nashville mix and old school raps.

It only lasted one second, but one of my favorite moments was Chris posing as "The Situation". I also loved Amy thinking she was a professional stylist, cruisin around the Honky Tonk District and drinking Zilka's coffee.

I should mention that I also have a favorite photo, however due to the very public position she holds, I opted not to publish it.

Amy, Kate and Beck - we really need to make Jeopardy happen next year. There is so much ground to cover!

2009 Annual Getaway - Scottsdale, AZ

All of the girls were able to make the trip except Kate. In her absence, she sent along these very colorful swim coverups. Too bad you can't see all of the customized bedazzling that Kate and Karen spent hours on. Oh, to be a fly on the wall when that happened...

We spent one afternoon walking around Phoenix, and the rest of the time we hung out at the house and in the pool. The movie theater was perfect for the kids, although the only photo I could find was one of Amy giving the bird.

My favorite moments were: Ausloos vs Goebel chicken fight in the pool, celebrating Maeve's one year bday and flaunting our bedazzled coverups.

Raffi missed his graduation to be with us this weekend. So in effort to celebrate his commencement, we threw a surprise graduation ceremony for him. I wonder if Raffi's paper towel certificate is still in tact.

2007 Annual Getaway - Hermosa Beach, CA

The big thrill of this trip was being oceanside. Plus it was Miela's first time to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop of our house soaking up the sun!

Highlights of the trip were splashing around in the water and playing in the sand. The boardwalk was super awesome too!

The Mountain Haus

There was no place better on earth to have the first annual trip!

We had such a great time bumming around town, visiting the Tetons, playing drinking games and for some, participating in the winter special olympics.

Miela was almost a year old, and the photo of her and Beck is proof that Beck really did teach her how to cheers.

My favorite moments were: Beck wearing the moose rug as we took a midnight stroll down the mountainside to meet Kate, Amy flashing a boob in our group photo, which I don't have a copy to post, and cruisin around town with the girls.

2002 Bachelorette Party - Denver, CO

What a surprise...and what a LONG time ago! Technically this was one of our first trips given that all of the girls flew to Denver for the weekend.

I wish I had a scanner, because I have some great photos from our morning after breakfast at Bump and Grind!

No worries, I made a scrapbook, compliments of Kate, to hold all of my photos (since back then we had to make the trip to the photo shop to develop our negatives).
